Adds PHP 8.5 to the test matrix.
Verified locally in a php:8.5-cli container first: composer resolves cleanly, all files lint, and the full suite passes (38 tests, 131 assertions) — including a run with E_ALL and fail-on-warning, no deprecations popped up.
