Why you reorder the properties in https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/pull/43718/changes#diff-fb5ff720d2e5c000823c636e059a3d7c8f6da46a12ddb18dbd1573bd3f349d7a
This causes unnecessary break in Java.
If you are not interested to fix, we will bump version to 3.0.0
Just don't do this reorder in future.
