[Common] Add option to get custom MC calibration to centralityQa

This pr adds:

• possibility to use the "super calibration" when overriding the centrally produced centrality table
• replace has_bc with has_foundBC when de-referencing
• update to the qa process functions for AnchorCol and AnchorBC
