Purpose of this pull request
Remove obsolete local CI and linter configuration that is no longer used now that this repository delegates validation, project automation, and related workflows to the shared commerce-contributor repository.
This change deletes:
.github/linters/(markdownlint, yaml-lint, and metadata schema)PR validation and project board automation already call the shared workflows (for example,
.github/workflows/pr-validation.ymlusesAdobeDocs/commerce-contributor/.github/workflows/validate-pr.yml@main). Removing the duplicate files reduces maintenance overhead and avoids confusion about which configuration is authoritative.Affected pages
