Logged out users can't select a currency other than the default currency

What happened?

Hi there,

We just migrated our production site to FluentCart today, and I've noticed a bug that I didn't notice in my previous debugging session.

When the user is NOT logged in, the selector has no effect. The default currency is selected, the user selects another currency, the currency comes back to the default. Can you reproduce?

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure you're logged out
2. Select a non-default currency
3. The currency should revert to default

Expected vs actual behaviour

I expect the currency to stay with the selected (non-default) currency for the current session if the user is not logged.
There is no issue to select a different currency if the user is logged in.

Great, thanks! Is the plugin tested with WP 7.0? As FluentCart 1.4.1 is now marked as 7.0 compatible, I'll upgrade production as soon as WP 7.0.1 lands.
