Readme doesn't link to docs

I'm playing with https://github.com/bytedeco/javacpp-presets/tree/master/opencv and was looking to see how clojure-cpp might help. The slack announcement had a link to the docs, but the github readme doesn't. It would be helpful to include links to:

• https://uncomplicate.org/clojure-cpp/
• https://uncomplicate.org/clojure-cpp/codox/

It probably also be helpful to include a better introduction to what clojure-cpp does since I can find clojure-cpp from google, but can't otherwise.

It might also be helpful to add some tags to the repo so that clojure-cpp is easier to find from https://phronmophobic.github.io/dewey/search.html or other search tools that use github's info.
