An quick overview screen might be helpful to get a feeling of "how different" the databases are. Display in one view:
- Paths and db names of the currently unlocked/loaded databases. Currently, users don't see that info anymore after unlocking.
- Whether the DBs are equal/in sync
- Total entries per DB
- How many entries are conflicting/newer in A or B
- How many entries exist only in A or B
Further improvements could compare database settings rather than only entries in such a "general" view, but it seems to me that pykeepass isn't made to do that.
