[Feature Request] Pin a branch (master/main) to a fixed column in the commit graph

Hi,

The column a branch occupies in the graph is recomputed dynamically, so master/main can jump between columns depending on other branches' activity. It would help to be able to pin a branch so it always stays in the same column, ideally the leftmost one.

GitKraken has an open request for the same feature: https://feedback.gitkraken.com/suggestions/191603/pin-branch-to-left-in-the-graph, so it seems to be common pain point.

SourceGit only supports to order history commits by --date-order or --topo-order. Judging from the requirements you described, I suggest you use the HIGHLIGHTS IN GRAPH feature:
