Location service is working poorly

What happened

When I use navi or app using location, it couldnt follow my location and somewhere far from current location.
after removing jb or downgrade to bootstrap 1.3.2 and ellekit, it works well

disable this and reboot userspace

I tested some case disable tweak - same downgrade ellekit to 1.1.3-1 better but sometimes not working bootstrap 1.3.2 and ellekit 1.2 and below working I guess it happens only for me I couldnt find other's issue with location
