How to import ControlLabel and HelpBlock?

I cannot find them in the code.

They might not exist, the reason for that is probably because I inherited and hosted the original out of date typings on github and started to update them, but I didn't do anything in a couple of months.

If you have any idea how to write a d.ts file, you can submit them and I will probably just accept the pull request straight off the bat. I could do that the same day you submitted them.

How does that sound?
