UDF Definition tab cannot delete argument row

Describe the bug

Created a UDF (worked fine) and now want to change its argument list in the definition tab, by deleting one argument. Clicking the trash can icon at the left of an argument does nothing.

I was on 9.16 and upgraded to 9.17 but the problem still occurs.

I've also double-checked for possibly hidden confirmation dialogs but there's nothing.

I've also now seen this in the Type definition dialog for an enum, where the clicking the trash icon on an enum value does nothing.
