Currently the zero ticks are drawn but the parent view when both hrule and vrule are showing. But it should be drawn by the hrule view and vrule views instead, with a boolean to turn it off when only one rule view is shown.
Will probably need to modify the position of the hrule/vrule views so they start ~10pt earlier, so the 0 isn't cut off, with the tickets starting ~10pt from the start of the subview.
