Fastpath2 is using the old ec2_module instead of the dedicated fastpath module

The fastpath 2 is still using the old ec2_module in terraform, we should simplify it by using the fastpath module instead

This task requires discontinuing and redeploying the current fastpath2 instance

Make sure that it's not getting any traffic before proceeding with this
