Feature request: Export / Backup function
It would be very useful to have an export function for all recipes, meal plans and shopping lists, for example as ZIP containing JSON or Markdown files.
Since openCook is privacy-friendly and offline-first, users need a simple way to backup and migrate their data without relying on Android app backups or a server.
