What is the problem this feature will solve?
The problem this feature will solve is the lack of good audio software enabling distribution of content and actual reading and writing of files. This should be 2 lines of simple code for developers to use this feature which will dramatically increase the networking & audio producing capability combined with other tooling.

Provide an encoding to the fs module for createReadStream & createWriteStream for mp3.

Switching to python or something
