Move to LFX

The Linux Foundation's Project Control Center provides Mailing Lists and Committees with support for surveys and voting, what do we think about moving this nodejs/email repository to LFX?

For instance, a TSC mailing list would look like this

I think this might need to be done on a case by case basis. Possibly mailing only lists could be migrated but functional aliases such as build's is used in several of the infra providers.
