Summary

Clicking the three-dot overflow menu at the top right of a chat and selecting
"Share" presents a public-link-sharing flow as the primary (and apparently
default) action. The expected default for sharing a chat should be a local
download — exporting the conversation as a text file — with public link creation
as an opt-in secondary action, if offered at all.
