Cloud endpoint unresolvable (NXDOMAIN) — the harmoniqsapis.com domain has NO nameservers; HP lane down

Important

Problem — cloud.harmoniqsapis.com is unresolvable and it is DOMAIN-level: dig NS harmoniqsapis.com and dig SOA both return nothing — the domain has no nameservers at all (registration lapse or delegation removed), not a missing A-record. Every HP solve fails at submit (cloud submit failed: fetch failed); the cx-cat-cat-cavity campaign (Stage 0 passed, solve.jl authored) is blocked on it. Jack was pinged on #dev 2026-08-18.

Acceptance Criteria

• Domain delegation restored (NS/SOA resolve again; cloud.harmoniqsapis.com answers)
• One dry-run remote launch verified end-to-end post-restore
• (Postmortem note on this issue: what lapsed — registrar, DNS provider — and the renewal alarm that prevents a repeat)
