From ESIP hack day... extract model values from CEFI models at a collection of point

As we discussed the attached notebook illustrates the problem. I would like users to be able to extract data from the CEFI models (the test Earthmover repo is used in the notebook to access the model) along an collection of points. The collection of points is from a glider. The data to be sampled is sea surface salinity which is 'sos' in the model and 'conductivity' is the relevant glider column in the dataframe.

Here is a corrected notebook. In the previous notebook I did not stride the plot of the grid in both dimensions. This plot makes it easier to see what's going on. We still want to extract a value of sos for from the model for each lat,lon,time point along the grlider route.
