Composer skipping RC.4 installation

Composer version 2.0.7
PHP 8.0.16

Looks like the deployer.phar file is not being downloaded when installing the latest version.

Using "deployer/dist": "v7.0.0-rc.3" works like a charm.

Any suggestions?

@antonmedv composer.json in dev-master has declared a vendor binary that does not exist in the repository. It was updated here.
