Update translator's guide

this replaces the section for translators in helpers.md, right? should we remove that section then and link to the new guide?

I apologize that it has taken so long to get to this. I finally had time to read what was written on my flight to Iceland. It looks pretty good. I spotted these things that should be added/changed.

• Create a gh page for testing. You mentioned the translators should create a page for testing. I think that is something we should do. I'll do that using the examples in the tests.
• I recently added a new key "tc:" that is similar to "ct:". I can't remember the reason I needed it, but it make sense to have both.
• You should mention that braille needs additions in src/braille.rs.
• IsInDefinition (now) takes three args. The second one is "Speech" or "Braille". For a translistion, I allow 2 args and default to speech.
• There are other calls that can be made. The full list is in src/xpath_functions.rs. See add_builtin_functions().

There is now https://daisy.github.io/MathCAT/test-exprs.html, which has 381 examples grabbed from the test files. I did a quick scan and it looks ok. Let me know if you see anything wrong with the page.

Thanks for going through it, Neil! Would you like me to update the guide with your suggestions? Great to have a test page, it should be linked to from the guide as well.
