Upstream issue:

• workbench.js “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'bind') at workbench.js:404:80180” microsoft/vscode#240334

Wait for the next release. This has been fixed upstream:

• only rely on crypto.getRandomValues and treat randomUUID as being optional microsoft/vscode#241690
