[Feature Request]: Add a TreeTable Component

Feature Request Description

UI5 Web Components currently does not provide a TreeTable component for displaying hierarchical data in a table format. Such a component would be useful for scenarios where rows have parent-child relationships and users need to expand or collapse different hierarchy levels.

A similar capability is available through the AnalyticalTable component in UI5 Web Components for React.

Proposed Solution

Introduce a TreeTable component in UI5 Web Components that combines standard table functionality with hierarchical row support.

The component should support:

• Expandable and collapsible rows
• Multiple hierarchy levels
• Lazy loading of child rows for larger datasets
