ui5-button: Height does not match spec

Bug Description

ui5-button is 26px heigh, but it should be 32px.

Expected Behaviour

A lot of Fiori controls are defined (in compact) as being 1.625rem (26px) centered in a 2rem (32px) rectangle, creating a visual padding of 3px top/bottom.
Input field are like this and implemented correctly.
But the ui5-button is missing this important feature, leading to alignment issues and controls that are visually stuck to each other.

Hey team @UI5/ui5-team-ctr-bal,

The ui5-button renders at the correct visible height but it doesn't reserve the space around it.

For example the Input adds a top/bottom margin so the field sits centered in a 2rem/2.75rem box;

Button has no such margin, so buttons end up visually stuck to each other and misaligned with adjacent inputs.

I think we could add a param and apply margin on :host, mirroring the Input. Keep in mind that the Button is reused in ShellBar/toolbars/SegmentedButton where a blanket margin could shift layouts.
