Timeless jewel copy/paste is not matching seed numbers from source

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

When copying a timeless jewel from in-game into PoB, the seed number should match.

How does Path of Building behave?

Pasting the timeless jewel from in game does not match in PoB.
NOTE: copying from trade site works fine, just in game has a mismatch.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Find a timeless jewel in game.
2. Hover over the jewel with your mouse and press ctl-c
3. head to PoB and ctl-v to paste the item
4. check the seed number in PoB vs in game.
