Sinistral / Dextral catalysts should scale prefixes / suffixes.

How does Path of Building behave?

They do not affect the affixes.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Add a rare ring with maxed T1 life (+114 to maximum Life)
2. Add 20% Fertile catalyst (correctly bumps the life mod to +136 to maximum Life)
3. Replace Fertile catalyst with Sinistral catalyst
4. Observe how the life mod is unaffected
