From a6a61ba99db377fe8cc05598d1ce06a6a1bb7818 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Michael Harp Date: Wed, 12 Aug 2026 10:44:22 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] Correct the timeline's first-release entry The timeline claimed OpenVox 8.19.0 (May 2025) was the fork's first public release. The first release was OpenVox 8.11, announced January 21, 2025. 8.19.0 was simply the first version with a GitHub Release entry, which is likely where the confusion came from. From Puppet to OpenVox

Perforce moves Puppet binaries behind a private repository and a EULA, caps free usage at 25 nodes, and slows the pace of public commits. - + The fork's first public release lands: a drop-in, genuinely open replacement for Puppet, versioned to continue right where open source Puppet left off.
