Roll up the work required to get intermesh to the point where we can open a draft SkyPilot PR and get credible feedback on whether the integration is actually useful. The goal is not a finished production integration. It is a concrete upstream-facing implementation that shows how intermesh would handle the parts SkyPilot actually cares about, especially fast service discovery within a job group and secure low-latency connectivity across clouds. This issue should track the minimum engineering, demo hardening, and documentation work needed to make that feedback possible.
