Using windows key in a shortcut causes error

So I was watching this guide
After trying to use the same shortcut, I got an error message. But after rebooting pc I cannot run the programm, this errorr pops up

I've tried to delete the program and unpack it to another drive, nothing changed.

God bless Ai, there is a folder %AppData%\Maassoft\ColorControl, I deleted it and program runs now.
But still this is a bug
