Minor complaint, it's just a quality-of-life feature I'd appreciate, but when changing the SDR brightness via the CC app, the actual slider in the System->Display->HDR SDR Content Brightness doesn't change. This is only a problem with certain video players, like YouTube's built-in video player, which doesn't change brightness while the actual page does.
For example, set the SDR slider to 0 in Windows HDR content, and then set the SDR brightness setting to 50% in the CC app and play any video from YouTube in FireFox. The page contents will brighten, but the video will stay dark.
