next-dev: Libre 3 Plus connects then drops to "Bluetooth reconnecting" with no glucose stream (connect→no-stream arming livelock)

Fresh Libre 3 Plus activated via LibreLoop. Sensor completed the full ~60-min warm-up, then got stuck "stabilizing" — status shows "Bluetooth
reconnecting" and glucose never streams. Deleting + re-adding the CGM (switch-receiver re-pair) restored streaming briefly, but it dropped back to
"reconnecting" within minutes. Appears to be the connect→no-stream arming livelock.

2. Full ~60-min warm-up completes
3. Stuck "stabilizing" / "Bluetooth reconnecting", no glucose stream
4. Delete + re-add CGM → streams briefly → returns to "reconnecting"
