Gmoccapy: Tool number and pocket are not editable with calculator

When having the calculator enabled, the entered value for tool number and for pocket isn't applied.

Further I noticed a different behavior for entering values in the offset page and the tool table.
For the tool table, you need to select the line first and then you can select a cell for editing.
For the offset page you can directly select a cell for editing without selecting the line first. It doesn't matter if the calculator is used or not.
@Sigma1912 Do you think we should unify that? If yes I tend to the version used in the offset page.

I filed a PR for this issue.

I think the issue here is that the tool- and the offset- tables are constructed differently. To get the same behavior might mean to create a new tooledit widget.
I can have a look but it might take some time.
