Doesn't show installed module as installed in store

The other way round. It is installed (see modules tab) but not displayed as such in store tab and therefore offered for installation. Installing it again doesn't change the status.

At least after I re-installed it from within Vector they should be the same package.

There's a similar issue with the package ru.mike.telegramtweaks. But there the cause might be a repo and package name mismatch.
The package name is ru.mike.telegramtweaks, the repo name is ru.mike.sidestorage which is the name of a deprecated package. The Vector store shows the name of the deprecated app Remove action bar stories in the Telegram messenger (+block unmute button) but installs Telegram Tweaks. Therefore the installed package Telegram Tweaks is not displayed in the store.
