Test Mode fails only for Nalgonda Driver Hub project after valid Builder setup

Can we access your project?

• I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.

Current Behavior

Test Mode does not launch for Nalgonda Driver Hub. The project shows zero Builder issues/errors, but Test Mode remains on Starting your app or fails to open. Preview works.

My separate RMN Passenger App works correctly in Test Mode using the same FlutterFlow account, browser, and network.

Expected Behavior

Test Mode should launch the Nalgonda Driver Hub project normally, the same way it launches my RMN Passenger App.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open project Nalgonda Driver Hub.
2. Confirm Builder has zero issues/errors.
3. Click Test / Use new test mode.
4. Wait for Test Mode to launch.
5. Test Mode stays on Starting your app or does not open.

Also tested in normal Chrome and Chrome Incognito with the same result.
