Can I run this from Windows?

all the docs seem to assume mac or linux. is windows actually supported? i have docker desktop and adb working on windows 11, is there anything that straight up won't work? don't want to spend an hour setting up just to find out it's blocked.

Windows should be possible, as long as the local development dependencies are available.

The backend side is not tied to macOS/Linux. If Windows has Node.js, pnpm, Docker Desktop, and the required env vars, server/start.sh should be the main path to check.

The Android side mainly depends on adb:

• adb devices can see the phone or emulator;
• USB debugging is approved;
• adb reverse tcp:7777 tcp:7777 works;
• the Android app can reach the local backend.

So I would not treat Windows as blocked, but it is less documented and less tested right now. If you try it and hit a specific adb / Docker / script error, please paste that output and we can narrow it down.
