No build output before the error — the build command never runs. The exact same command succeeds locally: bun run build completes in 1m 59s, exit 0; bun tsc -b --noEmit passes. Reproduced across many attempts.
Additional signals: email to team@freebuff.com is bouncing (temporary failure, Gmail retrying), the Discord invite on freebuff.com/contact is expired, and the working invite (discord.gg/yXG3w7wxfs) shows "Unable to accept invite". Contact page + mail + build services all look degraded — please check.
