The tags and grouping are not being set correctly. The QC portal shows up like this:
The Harp test suite does not show up. After some iterating, got the grouping to show up.
From talking with Dan, suggested to use the grouping seen in the 2nd image which groups the lick intervals into a hierarchy. Then, when clicked on, it will show all the metrics related to the lick intervals. Need to modify the tags and grouping slightly to get the 2nd image here which has all the metrics. Should be a small PR
