Pipeline QC refactor design discussion

When implementing #25, some questions came up around QC. I'm thinking in terms of what does QC from NWB really mean, and in pipelines we have, should it run from intermediate structures or NWB. Will fill in thoughts and discussion points here.

It was relayed to me that the suggestion was to run qc mapping at the rig. I'm reluctant to take on maintaining another mapping especially when qc is generated in the pipeline for vr and other behaviors. Happy to discuss more :)
