AST1060 Hardwre Setup

Since we implement management components, we need a way to test the interaction of multiple devices, either utilizing QEMU or real hardware. We have the required hardware in the Lab, so we could integrate it into dutctl and this repo's CI, using guide

• Set up hardware according to guide using rapsberry pi
• Put script target/ast10x0/harness/uart_test_exec.py onto pi
• Enable SSH access
• Install Github Selfhosted Runner
• Add a reset pin to the hardware setup (wire a Pi GPIO to the AST1060 reset line so tests can hard-reset the board)
• Update the CI runner

Update:
We will postpone this until the demo setup.

Using the PI as a runner might be problematic since clean builds might be to slow.
Setting up a runner on a build server that can access the Pi might be better.
